If you have problems with your order please contact us first thing. Then we can help you get your questions and concerns resolved quickly.

Question 2: Are there minimum order requirements?
Answer: There is a 12 item minimum on patches and screenprinting. No minimum on embroidery.

Question 3: Do I get to see my custom logo before applying to item?
Answer: With first time logos we always offer a free sewout sample or a picture e-mailed to you.

Question 4: What method of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept most major credit cards and also cashier checks. We will accept personal checks with a 5 day bank clearance hold then ship policy.
